Agreement to these terms: By creating an account, browsing, or using Stingy Men Association (SMA), you agree to these Terms and our Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility and account responsibilities: You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate any person or organization.
Acceptable use: You agree not to use SMA for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, malware distribution, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
User-generated content: You keep ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SMA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the service.
Prohibited content: Do not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or infringes intellectual property rights.
Moderation and enforcement: SMA may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or create community or security risk. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
Third-party services: SMA may integrate third-party services (such as authentication providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Service availability: We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability: SMA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination: You may stop using SMA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security concerns, or legal compliance reasons.
Changes to these terms: We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
